Reaching out for therapy is a meaningful act of self-care, and I’m honored to support clients through that process. I work with children and women navigating trauma, depression, emotional overwhelm, and self-doubt. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, exhausted, or uncertain about how to move forward while carrying the weight of past experiences or ongoing challenges.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I incorporate evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients build healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen self-esteem, and support lasting healing and growth.
