Meet Jami

Therapist

I believe healing begins with feeling truly seen, understood, and accepted. Life can be overwhelming, especially when you're trying to navigate ADHD, OCD, or autism in a world that isn't always designed with you in mind. You don't have to figure it all out alone.

I work with young adults and adults to better understand themselves, make sense of the challenges they're facing, and build on the strengths they already have. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, experiencing sensory overwhelm, or simply wanting to understand how your brain works, I'm here to support you.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and neurodiversity-affirming. I don't believe in trying to "fix" who you are. Instead, we'll work together to identify what isn't serving you, develop practical strategies that fit your life, strengthen emotional regulation, and help you feel more confident and empowered in your everyday life.

Therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, supported, and with tools that help you create meaningful, lasting change.
